These terms govern your pre-order and purchase of FlightPortrait from YODE PTE LTD (UEN 202424259R), 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914 (“we”, “us”). By placing a pre-order you agree to them.
We deliver worldwide. Estimated shipping is Q4 2026 for First Flight edition reservations and the first half of 2027 for reservations placed on or after 23 August 2026. All dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; we will keep you updated. For deliveries outside Singapore, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees of the destination country are your responsibility. If we cannot deliver to your address, including where shipping or certification requirements prevent it, or if we discontinue the pre-order programme, we will refund amounts you have paid. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. You authorise us to charge US$100 to your chosen payment method at reservation. We will collect the remaining US$399 when your frame enters production, a few months before delivery: we will notify you first, and either charge the payment method you saved at checkout or send you a payment link. Everything you have paid, balance included, remains fully refundable until your unit ships. If we cannot collect the balance after reasonable attempts to reach you, we will refund your deposit and release your reservation.
FlightPortrait is an early product and specifications may change. If a change materially reduces what you ordered, or if we discontinue the pre-order programme, you may cancel for a full refund of amounts paid.
The physical product carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, or under mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or other laws that cannot be excluded.
The frame relies on our cloud service and app. We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Using our open device protocol and firmware, you may point your frame at your own server (“bring your own server”); doing so is at your own risk and falls outside our service and support.
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, infringe others’ rights, or use it unlawfully.
The FlightPortrait firmware and device protocol are open-licensed (see our published licensing). The app, the cloud server, and all artwork (the rendered posters and designs) are owned by YODE PTE LTD and provided under licence, not sold. You keep ownership of your own data.
To the extent permitted by law, the product and service are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. We may suspend or end the service or your account for breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
