Refund and return policy

Before your frame ships.

Every payment is fully refundable until the moment your frame ships. One email, no questions, no fee. The refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within five working days.

After your frame arrives.

You have 30 days to live with it. If it is not what you hoped, tell us and we will collect the frame and refund you in full. We only ask that it comes back complete and unbroken.

If something is wrong.

Every FlightPortrait carries a 12 month warranty against faults in materials, assembly, and the display itself. If your frame fails in normal use, we repair it or replace it, our choice, at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover drops, water, or opened electronics beyond the rear panel, which you are welcome to open.

About the display.

E-ink panels are made to an industry optical standard that permits a small number of faint spots. Every First Flight panel is inspected by hand before assembly, and we reject panels most makers would ship. A panel within that inspection standard is not a fault; a spot or line you can see from viewing distance is, and we will replace it.

Your statutory rights.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under Singapore consumer law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
